Mr Creosote

1999 Nash Hash GM who will be sadly missed

Mr Creosote, aka Billy Hector, GM on several occasions in the 1980's and 1990's, sadly passed away on 10th September. His first run with GH3 was Run 43 (30th June 1986) and his last was Run 920 (6th January 2003) apart from an appearance at the On Inn for Run 2106 (15th July 2024).

In spite of ceasing to be a regular hasher in 2001 he is still No 9 for runs completed at 642.

The photo shows Billy at the 1999 Nash Hash closing ceremony - GH3's biggest and must successful event.

Billy's funeral will be on Thursday 2nd October at 12:00 in Lanark Cemetery. Contact kipper for more details.
