Background Since Brisbane 1982, which was followed by Edinburgh 1986, Hash House Harriers clubs have hosted a "Commonwealth Hash" event to roughly coincide with the actual Commonwealth Games in their city. In July 2014 The City of Glasgow will host the 20th Commonwealth Games and coincidentally Glasgow Hash House Harriers (GH3) are hosting the quadrennial Commonwealth "Commie" Hash weekend for the greater Commonwealth of Hashers. The Glasgow event will be held on the weekend of 18 - 20 July 2014 and will be centred on the city with trails taking place both in and out of town. Whilst this weekend is a stand alone World Hash event, it is being held the week before, and is an official pre-ramble to the big European Hash event Brussels 2014 "A Beer Odyssey" which falls on 25 - 27 July 2014. Event Status! Due to the great demand we are now officially FULL and have a waiting list in operation! Previous experience suggests that there will be some attrition and the wait list will be eroded. In effect this means please send in your registration forms BUT DO NOT SEND MONIES until requested. Thank you for your support.
